Who We Are

First Baptist Church of Three Rivers, Texas was organized November 9, 1913, with eleven charter members. They met in a little yellow schoolhouse across the street from the present Church of Christ. Over a hundred years ago in August of 1921, the land where the church is presently located was received by a generous donation from the Townsite Company. A new building was soon built.

The church grew and experienced many changes and today we are blessed to have a modern facility with active Bible study ministries to help aid in the spiritual development of people of all ages.

We are a warm, friendly fellowship of believers who love to embrace anyone who wants to join and grow with us in the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. Our mission is to “ Help People Find Forever Family Through Christ-Centered Relationships” . Please feel free to join us weekly for worship and fellowship.
